Safe City Checklist Requirement

In accordance with Executive Order No. 7 and Safe City Advisory No. 22, all business establishments are required to submit their Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan (IDPRP), otherwise known as the “Safe City Checklist”.

This will be required for Business Permit Renewal in Taguig’s Business One-Stop-Shop starting January 4 to 20, 2021.

The Safe City Checklist can be accomplished and submitted by completing the Open For Business (OFB) Webinars and filling out the online form at http://bit.ly/TaguigIDPRP. You may also scan the QR code below to access the form.
